Kristen practices evidential mediumship, meaning that much of the information she reveals can be confirmed and verified by you. Evidential mediumship both allows you to recognize a Spirit who has come through, and also becomes a kind of "proof" that helps you to truly accept the integrity of the reading. As an evidential medium, Kristen's goal is to help you find peace with the knowledge that your loved ones are with you, flourishing and thriving in their new form.

These messages offer guidance and support through any challenges or joys which may exist for you, in the moment..They will help to shine light on any internal struggles that may be creating a bottleneck in your life, or any questions you may have surrounding exciting, positive shifts that are on the horizon.
